While speaking with patients, it became clear that the information available on existing kidney care websites is perceived as overly complex, too "medical”, and difficult for newly-diagnosed patients to understand. They expressed a need for information that is both easy to navigate and simple to understand. My Kidney Journey was designed as an essential online resource that offers patients a variety of educational tools and resources to support making informed choices about dialysis options.
