    Our team is handling the complete Customer and Patient order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery, ensuring communication with both internal departments and end customers and patients. Every order is processed with attention to details and efficiency
  • Patients Stock take
    Our team manages the stock take process by collecting inventory data and needs directly from patients, ensuring timely restocking and continuous support for the patient’s therapeutic journey. This is done either through scheduled phone calls or via the dedicated Vantive online tool available 24/7.
  • Emergency support
    When unexpected issues arise, our team provides immediate assistance to Customers and Patients, coordinating with the relevant departments to solve issues quickly.
  • Travel Club
